Flight Club is proud to have instructors with a diverse set of experience and expertise. Their passion, commitment, and skills help cultivate the next generation of trickers, parkour athletes, dancers, cheerleaders, and other artistic performers. One of our main focuses is to prioritize a culture of safety that minimizes risk of injury. Aside from reliable equipment, quality staff training and best practice policies are necessary.

Ka is an instructor and co-founder of Flight Club Artistic Movement. He began his coaching career at 16, teaching Martial Arts (Kung Fu, Taekwondo, Karate). Over the years, he has gained extensive experience working with students of all ages and skill levels. He has also led Martial Arts seminars as well as Tricking workshops across the U.S. and Canada. Ka currently trains a diverse group of talent comprised of competitive dancers, National athletes, former Olympians, as well as various stunt performers for TV/Film.

Jervin is an instructor and co-founder of Flight Club Artistic Movement.13 years of tricking experience, and has a diverse coaching background from various facilities (Martial Arts, Cheer, Parkour, and Gymnastics) as well as years of experience in teaching all ages/skill levels. He has organized and ran numerous Tricking events, workshops and seminars both in the U.S. and Canada, as well as been a performer for various TV/Film projects. Aside from coaching, Jervin also has a background in digital film production as well as photography.

Coach Donovan

Cheer
10+ Years Coaching (All Ages)

Michael has been coaching since 2007, and actively cheered for over 10 years.  He was the program director and head coach for the University of British Columbia Cheerleading program from 2013 to 2017, and has coached four different high school teams in the Lower Mainland.  He is USASF Level 6 Credentialed, AACCA Spirit Safety Certified, and meets all BC Cheerleading Association coaching safety requirements.  Michael is also a registered Professional Civil/ Environmental Engineer in the Province of British Columbia.
